| Description | The Sierra County Flood Commission would like to seek proposals from construction contractors to provide levee and flood control services, in various areas located in and around Sierra County. This will be a multi-award RFP as there will be multiple projects throughout the County. Awarded contractors shall be part of a lottery system per project. Contractors shall supply a list of their heavy equipment to be plugged into EquipmentWatch system to determine rates per project and or selected through the Request for Quotation form, Exhibit C. Each project will be determined by the Flood Commissioner and through his discretion the awarded contractors will be notified of projects. Question Deadline: April 13, 2023 @ 2:00 PM MDT CANCELLATION: The County reserves the right to cancel without penalty, this RFP, any resultant Purchase Order/Agreement, or any portion thereof for convenience, unsatisfactory performance, or unavailability of funds. REJECTION OF OFFERS: The County reserves the right to make an award based on the evaluation criteria contained herein, to reject any and all offers or any part thereof, and to accept the offer that is in the best interest of the County. |
