Edward Medard Toe Drain Replacement

The Project work will generally involve two phases of construction (Phase 1, North Toe Drain and Phase 2, South Toe Drain), including construction of vertical pressure relief wells connected to a new embankment underdrain system on the north side of the principal spillway discharge channel, and a similar pressure relief well and underdrain system on the south side of the principal spillway discharge channel. Both underdrain systems will require the removal of the existing underdrains, modifications of existing manholes, and the installation of a new manhole and associated pump and piping.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment, Dam Construction and Equipment.
