Grossmont College Boiler Bldgs. 41,27,21 Storage Tank/Water Heater Replacement

The scope of the Grossmont College Boiler Bldgs. 41, 27, 21 Storage Tank/Water Heater Replacement will be removing and replacing boiler system components in Building 41. In addition, there will be backflow preventors placed at buildings 41 and 27 and two exhaust fans in buildings 24 and 27 as part of this project. Estimated contract value - $1,547,588 The DVBE advertisement period is 14 days prior to the bid opening scheduled for March 28, 2023, which is March 14, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract. In order to assist the District in meeting its Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises ("DVBE") goal of at least three percent (3%) Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the Contract License required for this project: B - General Building Contractor
