| Description | Contractor to furnish materials and supervision, and labor to inspect and test required fire dampers in B137, B61, B146, B147, and B149 and decommission fire dampers not required by NFPA 105 with all work in accordance with VA specifications and industry standards. Specifically, the contractor will accomplish the following: Inspect and test 4 Attic fire dampers in the attic of B61 and decommission and abandon in place (render inoperative) approximately 236 fire dampers in B61 per NFPA 105. Inspect and test approximately 106 fire dampers in B137 and decommission and abandon in place (render inoperative) approximately 190 fire dampers in B137 per NFPA 105. Inspect and test 4 Attic fire dampers in the attic of B146 per NFPA 105. Inspect and test 6 Attic fire dampers in the attic of B147 per NFPA 105.
