Description

Removal of concrete slabs: 1. Lift and remove concrete walkways slabs off site and to non-jurisdictional location. Remove top soil behind wall and stockpile for later landscaping use. Remove subsoil to below level of existing wall to install filter fabric. Backfill with sand Stonework: 1. Install turbidity curtain around impacted area; secure to lake bottom. 2. Remove large boulders from the lake; placing fallen stones into the wall, securing and levelling. 3. Install and secure small flat boulders (1'-2') at the top of the retaining wall. Gravel Path: 1. Set gravel path directly behind retaining wall as indicated in fernstone associate's plan. Ensure this includes adequate drainage and it fully landscaped in.
