Blanche Sprentz ES Measure G Improvements

Phase 1 - must be Substantially Complete by August 5, 2022. Phase 1 shall consist of the following components of the Project: Existing Bldg. B Improvements and adjacent concrete flatwork - This includes the demolition of and replacement of the existing restrooms and a new fire hydrant to replace an existing one near Bldg. B Improvements to the parking / bus loading lot - Work includes the asphaltic concrete improvements to this parking lot and ADA parking stall. Also adjacent concrete flatwork. Upper Hardcourt Improvements - This includes new vehicular and ADA compliant routes to what will be a combination parking / hardcourt play area. To make the cut for the new vehicular access a SMUD primary line will be relocated; site lighting, fencing, and AC paving work is also involved. Building demolition and adjacent site demolition of the Existing Multi-Purpose Bldg. F. Phase 2 Must be Substantially Complete by January 16, 2023. Phase 2 - shall consist of all work necessary to complete the construction of the New Multi Purpose Bldg. F.
