Lynwood High School - Culinary Arts Classroom Alterations

Project Number- 20211012 Scope of Work Overview Summary: Alteration to existing classroom and new utilities, ventilation in conjunction with new culinary art labs, including the installation of new food service stations and equipment. The contract time is anticipated to be 269 (two hundred sixty-six) consecutive calendar days. This Project is being let in accordance with the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA) (specifically, the formal Bidding procedures in Section 22032(c)). Prequalification of Bidders: As a condition of bidding for this Project, and in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 20111.5, prospective Bidders are required to submit to the District a completed set of prequalification documents on forms provided by the District. A GREASE INTERCEPTOR SHALL BE INCLUDED AND NEW GAS SERVICE PROVIDED.
