Golf Course Tee Improvements at the Sunset Valley Golf Course

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting bids through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The scope of work includes the re-shaping of tees and the milling and repaving of existing asphalt pathway and the construction of new asphalt pathway surfaces on the grounds of the Sunset Valley Golf Course located at Hole #12 and #15. Additionally, approximately 110 of 24 culvert piping shall be installed in an area adjacent to parking lot. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 payable unconditionally to the Morris County Park Commission, Bidder shall submit with the bid a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Morris County Park Commission stating that it will provide said bidder with a Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid. Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential vendors wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No Bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. The successful Bidder shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Award will be made through a fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided in the manner designated therein, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope Sealed Bid with the Contract Number 82-22 REBID and title Golf Course Tee Improvements at the Sunset Valley Golf Course noted. Sealed Request for Bids (RFB) will be received by the Purchasing Department Morris County Park Commission (the "Park Commission") for Contract No. 82-22 REBID titled "GOLF COUSE TEE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SUNSET VALLEY GOLF COURSE" , located at the 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962. Bid opened at that time . Bids shall be on the proposal forms provided in the manner designated therein, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Sealed Bid" with the Contract No. 82-22 REBID titled "GOLF COURSE TEE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SUNSET VALLEY GOLF COURSE" noted No oral interpretations or clarifications of the specifications will be made.
