Environmental Drilling

The scope of work is to include environmental drilling services to be conducted under supervision of PGW's Environmental Services Unit and/or consultant on an as needed basis. The scope of services to be provided are described in detail in Attachment B. The five properties currently enrolled in the Act 2 program are listed above. We anticipate most drilling activities to be concentrated on or around these properties, but the services described in this RFP may be required anywhere within PGW's service area which includes the entire City of Philadelphia. PGW may award contracts to multiple Consultants which may perform work at one, or multiple sites. There is no guarantee on the amount of work that will be portioned to any Consultant.
