RFQ - Divison of State Architect (DSA) Inspector of Record (IOR) Services

From firms interested in providing such professional services and to allow the District to pre-qualify a limited number of full-service consulting firms (each, a "Consultant") for the related inspection services associated with the various Measure 'G' & Measure 'J' projects and other District Projects such as projects associated with the School Energy Efficiency Stimulus (SEES) Program, renewable, solar energy generation, and HVAC energy conservation. Henry Elementary School - The Project will include the reconstruction of an existing school site and all related utilities. Edison Elementary School - The Project will include constructing new Library & Student Service BLDG and all related utilities. Revere Elementary School - The Project will include constructing new Multi-Purpose Building and all related utilities. Juarez Elementary School - The Project will include constructing new Multi-Purpose Building and all related utilities. All communication pertaining to the proposal will only be made through the Facilities Planning & Construction Department, Senior Director of Facilities, Planning & Construction (Isela Vazquez). Requests for Information (RFI), questions regarding the RFQ should be set forth in writing and sent via email only to ivazquez@aesd.org. The subject line of each email shall be specified as "Request for Information - RFQ No. 2023-02-FAC-PSA: DSA Inspector of Record (IOR) Services." No person other than the aforementioned is authorized to receive questions related to this RFQ, and the District shall have no obligation to respond to questions sent to any other person or entity. In its discretion, the District may disregard the Response of any Firm that, in connection with this RFQ, contacts any other District representative including, without limitation, any member of the District's Board, Assistant Superintendents, Directors, Administrators, Consultants, Managers, or any other District personnel. All Responses and other materials submitted in regards to this RFQ shall become the property of the District. The Board of Education of the Anaheim Elementary School District reserves the right to be the sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of services proposed and their compliance to the Specifications which, in the Board's opinion, will best serve the interest(s) of the District. Further, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters, and waive any irregularity in the Statement of Qualification. Proposing firms are hereby made aware that the District will not reimburse any cost for the preparation or submission of the proposal to any proposing firm for any reason. The projects will vary from $500,000 to $45,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
