Description

The overall project shall be defined as all utility, grading, backfill, topsoil, finish grading, pavement markings and trail work completed with the streets, driveways, and sidewalks/trails fully open to traffic. The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The proposed project includes 765 CY class 10 excavation, 3,290 special subgrade preparation for shared use path, 125 LF of storm sewer pipe (12 inch to 15 inch), 4 SW-512 intakes, 143 SY of 6" PCC Driveway, 3,013 SY of 6" PCC shared use path, 97 SY of sidewalk removal, 781 LF of 72" Wood Privacy Field Fence, trail signage, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and other miscellaneous work.
