Description

The Valparaiso City Utilities Board of Directors for the City of Valparaiso, Porter County, Indiana ("the City") is soliciting responses to a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the implementation of a Guaranteed Savings Contract for improvements to the Valparaiso Water and Wastewater Systems. The RFP, at the sole discretion of the City, may apply to future phases over the next three years. Guaranteed Savings Contract for Improvements to the Valparaiso Water and Wastewater Systems The responses to the RFP shall be prepared in accordance to the prescribed "Response Content and Format Guidelines" ("the Guidelines") and are to be in the form of a proposal outlining one or more conservation measures. The responses will provide a means by which Valparaiso will select a single Provider to complete the Contract. The contract shall follow IC 36-1-12.5 and the Guidelines. The Guidelines and Project Descriptions may be obtained from Peggy Busse at the Valparaiso City Services Office (address identified below), between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday, from August 25, 2022, through September 8, 2022.RE: Response to RFP for Guaranteed Savings Contract Provider RFP responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the Guidelines. Each response will be reviewed to determine if it is complete prior to actual evaluation. The City of Valparaiso reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the RFP responses offered.
