The City of Fort Walton, Florida is seeking a licensed Florida General Contractor to complete three (3) separate construction Projects. The City of Fort Walton, Florida is seeking a licensed Florida General Contractor to complete three (3) separate construction Projects: The first project, winning bidder will perform site work, construct a new one-story metal building approximately 1575 square feet in size, and demolish the existing administration building. A second project will consist of general site work and the construction of a new two-story museum/office building of approximately 4,800 square feet connecting to the existing Heritage Museum. A third project is also included (Site 3) for assembly of a metal storage building (already purchased), located at the City Golf Course. EMETERY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING: Project Site 1 is located at 316 NW Beal Parkway, FWB, FL on the grounds of the Beal Memorial Cemetery. See EXHIBITS A1 thru A4 for details. Work also includes some sidewalk work and a new parking lot. INDIAN TEMPLE MOUND MUSEUM ADDITION: Project Site 2 is located at 139 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, FWB, FL a new twostory museum in place of the existing Bluewater Zoo. See Exhibits B1-B2 for details.
