The Government anticipates a brand name requirement for exterior parking lot illumination to match existing lighting fixtures and mounts throughout the remainder of the parking lot. This requirement will be to achieve continuity of footcandle lighting, appearance, and consistency of maintenance (parts and labor). A separate Justification & Approval document will be posted with specifics along with the formal socilitation at a later date. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Construction/contract completion time is 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
