USACE D/B Construct Running & Walking Path MAMC, JBLM

The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and manpower necessary to construct a rubberized running/walking path around the drain field area at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Tacoma, WA, in accordance with all Federal, State, Installation and MAMC Codes and Laws, Safety Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturer Requirements. The addition of this LED lighted pathway will greatly enhance the physical abilities and health opportunities of MAMC staff and patients. The path will be approximately 2500 feet long by 4 feet wide. It will be constructed of a 2 rubberized wear course on top of a 95% compacted 4 crushed rock base, or as suggested by manufacturer. There will be 4 each, 16 x 7 stretching areas with a metal bench that seats at least three persons and a fitness/stretching station next to bench at each location. Question Deadline 09/04/2023
