Maintenance of existing City of Asheville planting beds as depicted in the maps attached to this document. Maintenance shall include, but not be limited to: weeding, trimming, treatment of detrimental insects, treatment of plants for diseases, placement of mulch once per year, application of fertilizer and other soil amendments. This contract contains approximately 87000 square feet of beds
