Fresh Impressions Roadway Improvements Phase I

The Project generally consists of utility, concrete and roadway paving improvements to Welcome Farms Road, Stafford Road, Marvin Road, Heath Road, Glen Court, Junction Pond Lane, Molly Court and Libby Drive located within the Fresh Impressions Area ofthe Township. The work involved with these improvements includes the maintenance and protection of traffic, replacement of approximately 4,300 LF of water main replacement, removal/replacement of existing water service curb boxes; reconstruction of existing storm sewer structures; removal/replacement of approximately 940 If of various sizes of storm sewer pipes; reconstruction of storm sewer manhole structures; replacement of approximately 14,425 Ifof concrete curb and/or granite block curb;removal of approximately 2,880 SYof existing concrete sidewalks, driveways and aprons; furnishing and installation of detectable warning surfaces; existing asphalt driveway restoration; roadway milling of approximately 27,500 SY of existing asphalt pavement; crack/joint preparation and furnish/installation of joint sealer, if and where ordered; the resurfacing of the entire roadways with approximately 3,600 tons of hot mix asphalt surface course; installation of approximately 630 tons of hot mix asphalt base course; furnishing and installation of topsoil/seed; and all other preparation, restoration and associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
