It is anticipated that the Notice of Award will be issued no later than February 14, 2023 and the date for Notice to Proceed / Beginning of Contract Time will be March 16, 2023. Should the Contractor request a Notice to Proceed earlier than March 16, 2023 and it is agreeable with the Department for an early Notice to Proceed, the requested date will become the new Notice to Proceed date.
