| Description | Include the placement of R-5 rock riprap to armor the bank and infill behind with suitable material along the southerly bank of Poplar Run beginning approximately 55 feet downstream of the southern abutment of the Dunnings Highway Bridge and immediately abutting the newly installed "J-Hook Rock Vane" quarry rocks installed under the recent PADOT bridge replacement project. Re-establishment of the streambank will extend downstream along the southerly bank for a total distance of approximately 100 feet. The Authority will purchase the following materials: 500 Tons of R-5 rock, 1 roll of 15x300 class 2 geotextile fabric, 100 Ton of 2A stone for site/road restoration. |
