| Description | ITEM 1: Purchase of Architectural Asphalt Shingles, red in color, including waterproof backing paper. BP of Canada referenced supplier, Model Mystique 47 (58 squares) This item is for the supply of shingles and backing paper only to job site. Installation to be in other items. ITEM 2: Installation of Item 1 including the removal of existing shingles, nails, and paper and evaluation of decking and limited replacement of decking sheets. (5,800 square feet). ITEM 3: Installation of Decking replacement of the 1X 6 planking that has degraded to the point of replacement. The replacement will be with 4' X 8' exterior grade decking and necessary shimes to bring the sub-roof the same elevation as surrounding planking. |
