Description

Provide services for I40 and James White Parkway TDOT Controlled Access Mowing/Grounds Maintenance Services. The successful proposer shall perform grounds maintenance for the seven (7) sites highlighted on the attached map sheets. These sites will need to be maintained to the highest quality of standards year-round. Maintenance includes: mowing, weed eating, and edging; litter pickup/removal; brush, leaf, debris removal; blowing off grass, soil and debris from paved surfaces.
