Description | **As of March 28, 2023, project was awarded to Gardner Construction, awarded amount is $55,601.84.** Lamar R-I School District Food Science Lab Renovation Concrete and Flooring RFP/Electrical including Generator RFP /Walk-in Freezer Module RFP /General Construction RFP /HVAC, Plumbing, Kitchen Ventilation Hood RFP The Lamar R-I School District is seeking proposals for the renovation of LCTC to add a Food Science Lab. Proposals must be returned on the form provided with "Bid Proposal - Package 1, 2, 3, etc." clearly on the label. In addition, a proposal must consist of all pages of the proposal request, including the signature page signed by an authorized firm representative. The bidder must provide two references with their bid proposal. Non-conformance with these instructions may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. The contract will be awarded based on the proposal that best meets District's needs, as determined by the District. The Lamar R-I School District reserves the right to reject any proposals Concrete Pad (Labor and Supplies) Package #1 -Remove a portion of the asphalt approximately 8'x22.' -Examine and prepare subgrade and subbase for a 5" thick concrete slab with a vapor barrier -Use expansion joint and pinning where needed Floor Resurfacing {Internal!
