The proposed improvements consist of removing concrete, asphalt and composite pavements and sidewalks, excavation, repair and/or removal and replacement of multiple sizes of pipes of various materials, backfilling excavated areas with compacted crushed rock or native materials, replacing pavements, repairing storm and sanitary sewer structures as necessary, sodding, and other work related thereto throughout the City of Davenport
