| Description | Sweeping, Trash Removal, Spot Cleaning, Damp Mopping, Damp Wiping, Metal Cleaning, Glass Cleaning, Landscaping Beds, Leaf Blower and Sweeper/Scrubber. Remove paper, trash, dirt, grit, debris and other litter from the surfaces of the covered areas including landscape beds and outside areas. Empty trash and cigarette containers. Wipe down and sanitize rails, trash receptacles, elevator/escalator walls (inside/outside), benches, chairs, tables, wall benches and glass walls. Tiled floor area shall be swept and mopped and use sweeper/scrubber or leaf blower where possible. Employee(s) shall be scheduled as to follow the traffic patterns. All trash generated from the cleaning service shall be removed and placed in dumpster provided by Authority. |
