US33/SR161/Post Road Interchange - ET003 - City of Dublin

This project provides for U.S. 33/S.R. 161/Post Road interchange ramps and terminal intersections previously approved by the Federal Highway Administration and Ohio Department of Transportation. The project will provide needed interchange capacity. Funding is programmed in 2020 for added design cost to complete phase two detailed design drawings, and right-of-way acquisition for a property along Liggett Road and other necessary temporary easements. Funding for the construction of the project is currently planned as follows: Union County Contribution $1,000,000 Developer Contribution (OSU) 1,250,000 Developer Contribution (FedEx) 1,500,000 ODOT - 6 880,000 MORPC Attributable Funds 10,000,000 TRAC 2016 Funds 7,000,000 TRAC 2019 Funds 4,250,000 Union County Additional Local Share (tentative) 2,500,000 Perimeter Center TIF 2,600,000 Construction is shown in 2022, however, it is dependent on the receipt of outside funds, as well as identification of a funding source for the unfunded portion of the project. As of November 24, 2021, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2026 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2022. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
