| Description | 1. The Contractor shall obtain the necessary equipment and supplies to accomplish the task of replacing flooring for entire unit of 3610 Wah Be Noong Circle, Harbor Springs. Equipment must be in working order to accomplish the contract obligations. LTBB to provide supplies. Call for appointment to see unit for specific room sizes. 2. Must work with LTBB Housing to schedule with tenant to provide notice prior to work starting. 3. Evaluate condition of existing tile in kitchen and bath,save if possible. 4. Supply Commercial grade vinyl plank flooring according to LTBB Housing Director's specification. 5. Move appliances, cabinets,fixtures and furniture to access floors. 6. Remove existing flooring from Entire unit floor and replace subfloor as needed. 7. Remove and Reinstall trim, molding, and replace threshold. 8. Provide before and after photos of project. 9. Clean, remove, and dispose of all debris resulting from this project. 10 Contractor shall be responsible to make any repairs in areas where Contractor's equipment damages said areas i.e. walls, doors, cabinets, etc | ||
