Aztec North Main Corridor Extension Construction Services

The Scope of Work for this construction is divided into the seven main work items. 1. Construct the civil roadway work (including grading and providing and placing base pavement courses), curb, sidewalks, and trail, and provide and install water and sewer utilities, dig trench, for gas line and backfill after pipe supplied and installed by others, and install storm water inlets, piping, swales, and basins in accordance with the contract documents. 2. Provide and install all landscaping(with the exception of topsoil placement and planting of grasses, trees, and shrubs and groundcover) associated with the north main corridor in accordance with contract documents. 3. Provide, install and test the irrigation system associated with the north main corridor in accordance with the contract documents. 4. Provide and install all electrical infrastructure and appurtenances and install all lighting pole bases, standard bollard bases, and 8 foot bollard bases and install conduit, concrete pull boxes.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
