As of March 16, 2023, there were no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. For Complete Gut and Rehab with Asbestos Removal , Water Damaged Unit Abatement and Restoration at 309 Spruce Street, Lumberton, NC 28358. HACL is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms who have a successful history in dwelling rehabilitation where water damages were involved. The subject unit had water damage from the second-floor bathroom leak. Due to the asbestos containing floor mastic the unit will need to be mitigated by a qualified Environmental Company. The purpose of this IFB is to procure services to restore the unit. The selected Contractor must provide all necessary permits, transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services and expertise to perform contractual services.
