Birchwood Landfill Roof Repair

The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Replacement of four existing roofing systems at the Birchwood Landfill (scale-house, pump-house, office, and personnel building), 9327 Birchwood Pike, Harrison, TN 37341. The existing shingle roofs are assumed to be 6/12 pitch (contractor to verify). Two of the four roofs are approximately 1500 sf and the other two roofs are approximately 500 sf. The new roofing system shall consist of new architectural shingle and flashing, plus additional work as specified, including a 30 year NDL warranty Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
