Ouachita River Floodwall Repair

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, installation of flexible waterstop and constructing the eight reinforced concrete joints of Ouachita River Floodwall in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, demolition, reinforced concrete joint repair, temporary flood protection, excavation, and contractor-furnished backfill and embankment, environmental protections and storm water pollution prevention. This procurement is a woman-owned small business set-aside. Pursuant to FAR19.1503 eligible bidders must be designated by the US Small Business Administration as a certified EDWOSB or WOSB concern. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000 and $500,000 Solicitation posted 13 SEP 2023. Drawings will be uploaded as soon as they are made available. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
