Construction of Proposed Desilting and Repair of Bella Terra Detention Basins O and P and Lakes of Bella Terra West Detention Basin E

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incid-ental for the Desilting and Re pair of Bella Terra Detention Basins O&P and Lakes of Bella Terra West Detention Basin E in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 133. Each Bid must be accompan-ied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guar-antee that the successful bid-der will enter Into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of the bid opening. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantage-ous to the District and resutt in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
