Description

The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the Cranbury Elementary School, Project Phase 2: Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment (FF E) & Technology. Questions Due Date: Dec 12th 2022, 2:00 PM EST The Contractor shall provide and maintain insurance coverage related to its services in connection with the Project in compliance with the following requirements. B. The insurance required shall be written for not less than the scope and limits of insurance specified hereunder, or required by applicable federal, state and/or municipal law, regulation or requirement, whichever coverage requirement is greater. It is agreed and understood that the scope and limits of insurance specified hereunder are minimum requirements and shall in no way limit or preclude the City from requiring additional limits and coverage to be provided under the Contractor's policies
