Oakland Roof Repair Project

Overview: The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from a qualified roofing contractor to provide all equipment, materials and supplies necessary to repair Oakland Maintenance Garage roof that is leaking in the NW corner of the building and down the west wall. This proposal and project period is aggressive to repair as quickly as possible. The estimated project period to begin ASAP upon contract award and proposed to be substantially complete by October 20, 2022. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Randall (see bid contract information).
