| Description | Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing 15 ton air handler, hot water coil and condenser. The contractor shall install a new 15 ton condenser, thermostat and matching air handler with a 300,000 Btu hot water coil. The contractor shall provide and install new service disconnects, conduit, and power wiring to the condenser and air handler. The contractor shall connect the new hot water coil to existing piping. The contractor shall cap off the existing non used piping to the old air handler. The contractor shall install new copper line set from the air handler to the condenser. All work will be done to local codes. |
