The Pole Barn (NHQ03) is located at the North Country Resources Center 629 Main St. Lancaster, NH. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held outside of the Pole Barn he intent of the contract is to provide the State with a new Metal Roof on the Pole Barn (NHQ03) at the North Country Resources Center in Lancaster NH. The Roof shall be watertight and completely finished. The following work items give a general summary ofthe extent of the work but are not intended to be a complete itemization of the work. a. Strip and recycle all existing aluminum metal roof panels where indicated on the plans. Provide credit to the State of NH as indicated in the Schedule of Values. b) Patch and repair deteriorated 2x4 wood purlins if necessary. c) Replace the fascia, trim and rake boards as necessary. d) Install high temperature metal roof membrane underlayment on areas indicated in the plans. e) Install drip edges. f) Install Metal Roofing Panels PBR g) Provide 2 Year Installers Warranty at the Completion of the Job. Provide 40 year Metal Roof Manufacturers warranties at the completion of the job. Provide Metal Roof Manufacturers Wind Warranty 90 mph.
