Description

The work shall consist of the construction of approximately 8,000 linear feet of water main and appurtenant items to avoid conflicts with proposed road construction along Gunter Road. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. The Southern Rankin Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities, and reserves the right to hold all Bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days and to award the Contract to the lowest and best Bid complying with the Specifications within said time.
