Before submitting their bid, it is recommended that the bidder visit the site to familiarize himself/herself with local conditions that may in any manner affect performance of the work and carefully correlate observations with the requirements of the contract documents. Question Deadline 05/24/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to the Township Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Township as having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than five (5) working days prior to the date for opening of the bids will not be answered. The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
