| Description | Work included under this Project consists of relocating the existing cooling tower to existing roof dunnage located elsewhere on the roof. Provide structural upgrades, walkways, and equipment screen for existing dunnage in preparation for relocating the cooling tower. Provide all associated mechanical and electrical work. Replace all roof drains. Provide equipment curbs as indicated . Repair existing modified bitumen roofing and flashing in order to remove and restore existing roofing in wet insulation areas identified. Remove stone and metal copings as indicated, replace with metal copings, and reconstruct flashing/ modified bitumen roofing required as a result of the coping work. Replace through wall base flashing. Provide reinforced liquid applied roof coating system to all roof areas. Contract Cost Ranges: General Construction: $640,000 to $675,000; HVAC Construction $70,000 to $90,000 |
