Design Build Services - Sertoma Park Baseball Field Renovations

The scope of the project is anticipated to include all survey, engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, permitting, specifications, public involvement, and construction to complete the design elements. Primary improvements are based field improvements to the park. These include but are not limited to: Field renovations to include but not limited Redesign of fields to accommodate larger dimensions Redesign/relocation of tee ball field Turf Replacement-Celebration Bermuda Sod Irrigation Upgrades as necessary Clay replacement, base plugs and bases Surface drainage enhancements as necessary for field renovations Laser grading of fields based on field design and elevations Grading as necessary for new improvements Based on improvements and soil samples, specific soil amendments may be necessary to be specified and provided as part of the design. Design team shall have access to a professional to assist with these matters if necessary. Demolition of existing dugouts and construction of new modern Replacement of score boards. At a minimum they shall be wireless and LED. A power source will be needed.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
