Description | This project consists of replacing existing lighting around the lake at the River Ridge Gateway area. Replacement will include all new lights and foundations while utilizing exiting electric facilities. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. Each Bid Proposal shall also require a statement to the effect that if the Bidder is awarded the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the total bid price will be executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. The Owner further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to any Bidder to the advantage of the Owner, or to reject all Bids. The Final Completion date will be November 15th, 2023. |
