Description

This property is City-owned and ready for development. The property contains the former St. Monica Parish Church which was originally constructed in or around 1871 Since the mid-1960’s, this structure has been used as a single-family home, but is now vacant. The City seeks an interested developer in rehabilitating the home for residential use. While the property is currently zoned for single-family use, the City anticipates that structure may also be converted to a multi-family property. Accordingly, the City will consider and encourages duplex or multi-family proposals for this project. The project site consists of approximately a half-acre, 155’ x 168’ and is on rolling topography. Expansion of the existing building footprint will be challenging due to the topography. Interviews will commence thereafter in late-July 2021
