Outfall 28 on Willowend Drive includes rehabilitation of the existing storm sewer outfall pipe from the street out to the existing storm sewer easement connecting to the Buffalo Bayou. The scope includes cured-in-place pipe lining of the existing outfall, materials for bank stabilization and future erosion protection.
