Construction of a Shop Building

This structure shall consist of a 30 ft by 40 ft by 16 ft clearance pole building, wood frame, exterior trim, gutters and down spouts. Insulation for roof and walls - 4 inches thick. Man Door - 3.0 ft by 6.8 ft insulated with panic hardware and lock. Two (2) Fixed Windows - 2.0 ft by 3.0 ft. Overhead Door - 14 ft by 14 ft insulated sectional door with three windows and opener. Interior walls and ceiling covered with 28 gauge steel. Concrete floor - 6 inches thick, finish floor shall be smooth trowel finish and coat with water base finish. Door apron shall be flush with asphalt. Electrical:200 amp single phase service; two ceiling fans; 8 LED high bay light fixtures. The structure shall be bid in such a manner as to separately identify the construction cost of each component.
