Swimming Pool Management Contract, Tega Cay Beach and Swim Center

The Work is to provide for the operation and management of Tega Cay Beach & Swim Center, to include the following: 1. Ensure that the facility is in operable condition prior to the published start date by performing the following: a. Inspect the pools and associated plumbing and advise the City of any defects and/or repairs needed. b. Pools are clean and chemicals at levels specified by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC). c. Check all equipment and facilities and advise the City of any needed supplies for repairs. d. Install ladder rails and guard chairs. e. Clean and arrange all pool furniture, reporting to the City any furniture that may need to be replaced or repaired. f. Arrange for and be present at inspection of the Pools by the SCDHEC personnel, as applicable. g. Obtain the necessary permits to operate the pools, the City shall pay for such permits. h. Install all signage around the pool deck that is required by SCDHEC.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
