STL Water Tower Replacement

Installation of a new 201,000-gallon elevated glass fused-to-steel water storage tank on top of a concrete pedestal base, including tank foundation and all associated tank appurtenances. Tank pedestal will also include a room to house process equipment. Demolition of the existing tank including all environmental controls. Demolition of the existing boiler house including all environmental controls. Installation of process related features including but not limited to piping, fittings, altitude valve, reduced pressure zone valve assembly, isolation valves, chlorine residual analyzer, pressure transducers, and spray stripping recirculation pump within the tank pedestal room. Sitework associated with the proposed tank including but not limited to grading, drainage, water mains and valves, and paving. Modifications within the existing treatment facility, including installation of a new sodium hypochlorite feed system and replacement of booster pump associated with the chilled water system. Electrical installation to support the entire project
