Description

General Contracting services for the rehabilitation of five (5) bundled DCHA-owned properties that comprise the MELVO Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project (“MELVO,” “Project,” or “Property”). The properties include a mix of townhome and walk-up apartment buildings; comprised of 136- units. Rehabilitation of the Property will entail interior and exterior renovations to bring the properties up to 20-year viability per the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program requirements.
