2023 Sidewalk Repairs

The City of Delavan will receive sealed bids for furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment necessary, all in accordance with the Specifications on file in the Public Works Office, 123 South Second Street, in the City of Delavan, Wisconsin, for removing and replacing concrete sidewalk sections.Removing and replacing approximately 2,100 square feet of concrete sidewalk sections at various locations throughout the city. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted, payable to the City of Delavan, in accordance with Chapter 62.15 (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be referred to the Common Council of the City of Delavan for determination. The City of Delavan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept such bids as may be in the interest of the City.
