Salient Video Management System Upgrade

Wake County General Services Administration (GSA) is requesting two (2) proposals for upgrading the County’s existing Salient CompleteView video management system to the latest Salient CompleteView version. The Bidder shall provide proposals for the following: 1. Materials Only Proposal. The Bidder shall price all materials required to upgrade the existing Corporate and Detention Salient CompleteView version 4.8.1.36 video management systems to the latest Salient CompleteView version 6.0. a. Included in this proposal shall be: i. Preliminary material delivery schedule for all required equipment 2. Labor Only Proposal. The Bidder shall price all labor required to configure and install new management servers, replace outdated video archiving servers, upgrade existing video archiving servers, replace outdated client workstations, upgrade existing client workstations, and configure all required integrated Corporate and Detention third-party systems. a. Included in this proposal shall be: i. Bidder’s understanding of the desired system function ii. Methodology of installation (include any use of sub-contractors), connectivity and turning on a live system iii. Preliminary installation project schedule to include target dates of when major milestones will be met.
