Work location is in the vicinity of Monroe, Snohomish County, Washington. The specific work location commences at Woods Creek Substation and goes North on Woods Creek Road, Ingraham Road, Wagner Road, Yeager Road and Bollenbaugh Hill Road. The line goes East on Old Owen Road, Florence Acres Road, and Calhoun Road. |
