Description | Bone Hill Dam Breach, Kulm NWR, Kulm, Lamoure County, North Dakota: Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and supervision to remove the Bone Hill Dam, which is a low hazard-potential dam owned and operated by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services - The dam is located on a small tributary of Bone Hill Creek that flows into the James River. The dam was given an overall safety classification as poor due to the numerous dam deficiencies. This project will breach the dam and remove the dam from the FWS inventory and restore the creek to its historical flows. |
